Booking link
Every Book button uses one placeholder link: https://example.com/book.
Open Assets › Components › Book Button, select the Ink variant and replace the link with your booking page (Mindbody, Momence, Acuity, Calendly or similar). All other variants and every Book button on the site follow it.

Timetable
Edit classes in CMS › Sessions. Day must be one of Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun so the day tabs can find it. Write Time as 24-hour (07:00, 18:30) so the list sorts correctly.
Tag is optional: leave it empty and the little label disappears.

Classes and types
Edit classes in CMS › Classes. Type must match a tab: Flow, Strength, Balance or Breath.
To rename a type, change the Type field on your classes and the matching tab on the Home and Classes pages (select the tab, then edit its label, its Click action value and its variant condition).

Instructors
Add or edit people in CMS › Instructors. Portraits are cropped into an arch, so keep the face near the centre.

Motion
Movement comes from small code overrides in the Motion file. The breathing circle is Home › Hero › Orb › Disc › Circle (withBreathe). To stop any movement, select the layer and clear its Code Override. With reduced motion, the circle stays fully open.

Colours, fonts and contact details
Colours are in Assets › Colors (Night, Stone, Ember and friends). Text styles use Instrument Sans and DM Mono.
Replace 100 Main Street, 555-0142 and hello@example.com in the footer, Studio page and FAQ. The contact form on the Studio page sends to your Framer form settings.
